IcE, the cases that we talked about are Team Checkpoint. The battery one holds 12 6 cell packs and the motor one holds 8 motors 4 armature tubes and two 6 compartment boxes for spare brushes etc. Here's the link:

On a note of True Sportsmanship, Mr. Lovell has offered his 8ight as my backup for the R/C Pro Finals. Same buggy, engine, and pipe... With such a valuable asset in my corner I thought to further acknowledge this gesture with another a THANK YOU!!! " similar to a page right out of Fast Ed's book".
For reasons like this, are why this Hobby is the BEST THERE IS !!! See some of yinz on Saturday.

Dux - Thats awesome. CR is a class act all the way. Its a reminder to us all to try & help out other racers when we can. The way his 8ight was working at the RAC you have a back up thats capable of winning.
Mac - I know what you mean. Icenutz seems overly concerned about about banana plugs and alligator clips. Sometimes I wonder if its still about RC pr not.

Cant wait to run tonight I am pumped!!! I'm coming for you Blontz you'll see that i cut comm's very well as I am blowing past you on the stright like your not even there.
For the rest of u left handers I was on the phone last night w/Eric from Darkside and he gave me all kids of set-up tips and the advantage of running 64p over 48p, how to keep the car from hooking in the corners and why changing the spur gear does not have the same effect on the car as changing the pinion. I am going to try out some of the things and i'll let you know if it works. Unless your name is Blontz

D4man, I wish I could make it for the last outdoor race tomorrow but I cant. As of last week, my GT2 has been taken completely apart, cleaned up, and put away for the winter. There is a good chance I will be there for some mod truck racing indoors next week.
Icenutz, I just realized that after nearly 4 years of frequenting the Altoona Raceway, you and I are about to race head to head with like kind vehicles for the first time. Its times like these I wished RC car bodies were painted on the outside. Because if they were, by the end of tonight you would have black & blue streaks all over that Barnum & Baily's clown car of yours!
