The newsletter issue has gone back to support to be rectified.

The rest is being added asap, the site just went up, so there lots to fine tune. In the mean time if you do require those items just send in a email with your request.

50-55 or so. i started at 50 and turned it up a bit. probably 52-53 and it feels good and comes off barely over 100 after 5 minutes (geared 29/72 on a smallish track).

Is there a customer service # to contact R1 directly? I bought a V16 last week and arrived with a defective sensor board. I've been emailing R1. But they do not respond yet.
