Nick got robbed in modified though! Tired, bed.
Yeah karl your car looked rappid in the final sham u got taken out in all the qualifying rounds but that's racin for you sometimes'
but u made up for it in the final with a great drive and a very quick stock.

Nick your car was soooooo quick it was unreal' u shure that was a 12 looked like an 8 to me it was that fast but a great drive all day u was unlucky in your final tho but 2nd is still good really.

I finally got a chance to get some track time today and did some testing. I got a chance to run my new Ti based 7x1. Tons of power. I did a back to back comparison with Quasars and CS brushes. I noticed just a slight drop in power, but I mean slight. Three runs on the comm with a couple very light passes to clean it up and still going on the brushes I think will make them worth running. Not only that but much better run time too.

Jon- Let us know if there's ever another big race out at 4funhobbies. I'll make the drive back down there anytime. I had a blast down there. Now that I have some true horse power I can't wait to run on that big track.

There will be a couple good sized races there in a few months but they're both series races. The OC Circuit Sedan series will be finishing there in June I think and the Jimmy Babcock on road series should be there sometime this Spring. Don't know if you want to come down for one day events. I know Scott is thinking about trying to get the ROAR Nats next year. Let's hope he does.

I had a rough weekend at the GA state race. I set the track record in 19 12th scale and Tq'd, only to get taken out by lap traffic in the main while I had over a lap on the field.

I had some trouble in qualifying in 19 touring, but qualified 3rd. I was able to go from 3rd to 1st by the 1st corner. About 4 or 5 laps in a car hit a road dome and it flew across 2 lanes of traffic and took me out of the lead and put me in the wall. I couldn't recover, but I did end up in 2nd place.

I wasn't present for the trophy pics, but my buddy kumpol made sure I represented for Team Br00d LOL

Default gearing help

Got three of the Br00d V2's 6 x1, 7x2 and 8x1.

What gearing would you recommend to each motor as a starting point? Track is small, tight with 90 ft straight.

Thanks.
