Team Br00d Racing Motors
#3241
Well, i knew i were going to order some more Br00d motors after the aweome support after my exploded arm last winter, no questions asked they sent me a new arm (Keep the awesome work up!). So here i am waiting for 2 KD 19T's to arrive, what's a recommended FDR for the KD's? I have no clue since i only run BL usually.. The indoor tracks i race on is usually "large" by US standards with straights of about 20-25 meters.

Hey EddieO, ygpm Bro

Quick everyone sign up his addy to some **cough** websites
Peter/EddieO. I've got a few older motors with worn bursh hoods where the spring is held under the clasp above the brush. Keeping the clasp smooth is easily done (little loop of 1200 paper) but any suggestions for keep the edges of the slot below the clasp smooth. The end of the spring catches on the rough edges and make it pretty difficult to check the spring tension. I'll post a pic later on if you didnt understand my explanation, cheers.

All the 19t motors in the 19t section are locked 24 degrees......just don't get the ones that say 19 awg or 18.5 (and cost a bunch more), as they are handwound armatures in those.....unless you track allows that.
I still think the Reedy Quad is very good for offroad, as the extra torque you get from the big comm is a good match for that style of racing....
Later EddieO
