how does the motor mount on the BMI chassis? I cant see any holes for the screws in any of the pics. Can someone explain please. And Rick I dont know much about this chassis. But im running just about the same setup with the reg. chassis just usin #3 pistions. You may want to try that. I was running 2's and switched and it feels good on our big sweepers.

Rick- Brian gave me his TC3 setup, WOW about sums it up.

This Saturday starts the first race of the Midwest Touring Series. I want to thank Jason for helping sponsor the series and making it a reality.

Thumbs up HPI PRO2

Jason did you started on that chassis yet? I know you are really busier than a squirrel in fall trying to gather nuts for winter.
Like i said before take your time there's no rush i will not be racing that car until after new-years.

This is a little better.

You barely screw in the mounting screws and the pinion (if it's a small one) and slide it in.

I can fit up to a 66t 64p pinion and still get the motor in and out with it on the motor.

I got my BMI Xray split chassis in yesterday and all I can say is HOLY CRAP. This thing is super sweet. Already have it on the car. Took me all night to figure out how to set up the battery packs to get them in and out of the car but I think I got it. Have a few more parts to add to the car and then I will post some pics later. Great job Jason. BTW you have any stickers forsale.
