Kevin,

Never got the 27, 26 5.02 was my best.

Default Re: WOW!

I had some 10.9's. I've only been on the rug for 3 weeks after being off since end of Feb so I'm happy as can be! 11.3 was the fastest I could get the week before with the tub. 10.6? I think that's the fastest lap out there yet. Wow! I had zero toe and didn't like it at all. Worth a try though. I like alot of steering but that seemed to give me more than I bargained for.

Ran the car for the first time last night. It was great, knocked off around 5 tenths of a second from my previous runs. Had a few 11.0's, lap record is held by Junior (running BMI) at a 10.60, but that was on his track record run 28 5.04(??). He has that car sooo dialed.

Another thing I noticed is the car drove consistently this was shown in my overall consistent lap times. I think the chassis rigidity is the biggest key. Going to try some of the posted setups because I know the car and I can do better.

jrighter,
What lap times are you getting at Ultra with that setup? I'd like to try the zero toe in the rear but not many are doing that.

Thanks,
Dave

Default Saddle Packs

What would the benefit be. I run a saddle pack now with all of the cells on the left side, split with three front and three rear. My car corner balances perfectly. The right and left hand sides weigh EXACTLY the same. Also, rear is slightly heavier than the front. Remember, compared to the stock setup, the batteries are closer to the drive shaft so distribution is extremely good.

jrighter,

Sorry, after I looked at your setup again I saw that you had the 1/2 degree losi blocks. Think I'm going to try that for next week.

Good Luck this weekend.

You never show me any love. Maybe we'll be in Cinn. Weather is supposed to be crummy though. Oval rocks!

Since you're a big oval fan and run out there often... Does the carpet out there feel weird to you also? Did you notice more tire wear? We went out last night and I had some serious tire wear. All even though.
