Mom, Scott, justed wanted to touch bases and let you know that Alex did some club racing this Sunday and he had a pretty good time. He seemed like he was ready to run the JBRL race on Saturday, but I thought we were doing the race at Rev also, so what do I know. He did TQ the 4wd Mod and finished 2nd to Wallnutz. This was our 1st visit tp OCRC since Fez left, it was really a different atmosphere. Thanks for the note with the shirts, I really think it helped.

first congrats to banzai nation at jbrl.

mom . we left oregon to cali . went by the saugus exit at 5 am cali time. then we hit the 210 and went past glendora at 7am. on our way to el centro. no time to stop. load going to old mexico. we dropped the trailer at the border. got out our trucks for a little bash session. then they sent us back to sante fe springs to pick up a load to kansas city. we picked it up at 11 pm your time and we passed the hemet exit on way back to los angeles. Isnt rev raceway in fontana ? we have terminall there. anyway maybe next trip they will give us better timing. trying to race in cali just not working out. i noticed billy caldwell is in arkansas . have to try to get there too.

some one said fez left ocrc . where did he go now? I know he got x-factory ride. but thats all i have heard.

Kstarr, I am actually in Oklahoma but drove the 5 hours over to run a series race. I can get you the info of the tracks I went to though and when they run so maybe yall can get some racing in during your travels. There are quite a few tracks right now in Central Arkansas. There are also a few ive been told about in Northern Louisianna. Nitro is pretty big over there, but electric has started growing pretty good with the ARCORR series.

Revlation is in ontario off of central between the 60 and the 10. The Dirt used to be in Hemet. That track has been shut down for about 6 months.

Arkansas

All of these are outdoor.

http://www.rc-offroad.net/forum/index.php There are about 5-6 tracks most have some electric offroad racing. There are links to their sites.

Oklahoma

Both of these do electric offroad.

Enid RC Speedway - indoor http://www.enidrcracing.com/

Adams Creek - outdoor 5201 S 194th East Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74014-1613

Texas around Dallas

indoor electric offroad

Mikes Hobby Shop www.mikeshobbyshop.com

There are other tracks but most are either nitro or oval. I will have to get some info on the Lousiana track, I have never been there, but heard about it this weekend.

Nope I sure haven't. I was going to try and go to nats this year, but decided to do the arcorr series. Ive just had too many things hit me this year, and I can do the arcorr races in smaller chunks of money.

I would like to get the site back up but just don't have much time. 3 kids and all the racing and a new house mean not much time!

I will see if I can work on getting it back going though.
