The body is back on the frame, building a coresupport for a crossflow radiator. Driveshaft is shortened and put in. We hope to get it where we can start it and let it run on jack stands, and work the transmission some. And of course there is a crap ton of welding to be done.

I wanted to let Mom know that Clara won her first Novice race on Sunday at OCRC with her Banzai powered truck! She was pretty proud of the plaque she got. She now has a 1st 2nd and 3rd place plaques! We will have to see if this motivates her to come out and race with me a little more!

Casper, tell Clara I was watching!!!!!!!!!! At least as much as

I could with LIVER/C. It kept freezing up, and then wouldn't let

me in, and sometimes scoring wasn't working. BUT, I did know

she won and saw some of it!!

I think Alex won 4wd mod too?? Am I right PitDad???

Mom, you are right, Alex won the 4wd and finished 3rd in 2wd Mod behind Frank Root and Ryan D. They had a really good turnout on Sunday. I have noticed more people coming down from the HRH area. Art C and his son, Daniel S, Cody T. Too bad they can't start racing earlier on Sundays.

The start time has to do with the church they share the parking with. Kind of bummer I agree but even with three heats and some longer the needed delays between rounds we were out of there a little after 9. A little late for a school night but not too bad either.
