go ask on the tekin forum, there are regular team drivers checking there, not being racing on dirt for a decade, I can't answer.

Good day gentlemen.
I am in need of a new 12 scale servo and was wondering if this is something that will be covered by the new tekin product umbrella?
In 1989 I ran a tekin receiver and a tekin 700 esc, still have the esc, still works.
What price point will the brushed pro series speed controls be at?
p.s. see ya orange.

hi,

Yes Tekin has a 12th scale servo in the works, but I don't know when they will be released. Apparently specs are awesome too

Sometimes it is possible to see the odd promotional picture hosted on a retailers website here and there, but there is no official release date that I know of just yet.

Hope that clarifys things

That is a graphic rather than a real pic, although I would think that is pretty close to what it will be.

Default Mini rage questions

I purchased a robotronics scalpel and the mini rage will not fit.

It will fit if I remove the case and shrink wrap it.

It appears that the gold post for wires are simply soldered onto the circuit board.

Can I remove the gold post (desolder) without damage to the circuit board or speedo.

It is difficult to shrink wrap with the post on...so I was going to install the wires then shrink wrap it.

Thanks

You can if you're good at it. However you will probably loose the warranty of your Tekin speedo.
