ozone, alvin, jimmyd... don't worry, i'll be back to challenge u guys. good news, my good old BK had jus managed to bring in my broken parts. anyway, i ordered 2 pcs (jus in case... lightning may strike at the same spot twice... ha ha)... so see you guys again for the next 1/12 race..

I wonder if Sam would continue running the 1/12th class at the RCSpeedway races. It was really nice to see those small fellas scooting around the carpet. I'm sure if traction compound was legal, those cars would be like lightning!! Cheers to the return of 1/12 racing!!

Schiff: good to hear that. Hope to see you and Frank running1/12 again. If I am not wrong Alana07 got one too right? Actually 1/12 isn't hard. Just need the right setup. Try the Kawada long life tyres. The larger rear tyres make the cars very easy to drive. One reason why our cars couldn't handle like the ones in the video is because we couldn't use traction compound like what raygun said. CCK might come up with a 1/12 race so watch out for it.
raygun: You are right but even if its allowed, traction compound just didn't work on the expo carpet. All the loose hairs will stick to your tyres and the resulting grip will be worse. CCK is a different matter.

Hmm, I'll be back into the RC scene right after I finito my o levels... Hahaha, but be sure that I won't run any of my cars in RCspeedway man, there's too many pebbles and stuffs like that in the track.

For CCK Race series, very simple. If want an additional class, just make up 10 people or more. So if you guys wanna run M chassis, F103,Pro10, 12th scale or even buggy on carpet, just give the word. 10 cars or more, it runs. I think by this sunday is not possible to run the 12th scale, though I'll probably bring mine over to disturb ppl.
What about tommorrow night? Last week was super horrible night for pan cars on foam tire. No nitro car = clean track = BAD wear rate for 12th scale foam tires. But super for my 414 on rubber ;-)
So how tommorrow night wanna play, TPR? My jeti micro rx finally gave up the ghost on saturday (static from the carpet, hmm?!) so no rx for 12th scale till my futaba comes back from japan. Tommorrow night if weather clear running touring.

sorry guys, this sunday i won't be racing at cck. too many sundays spent on racing. gotta take a break. but not to worry, i'll be back for next month race if there's still any.. ha ha.. meantime... enjoy yr 'racing'...

Good to hear that. We can also share setup if you join us for practice. But I am not sure how differently a graphite 12m would handle from a grp12m.
I wont be racing as well. A bit tired from all that racing. But I 'll be in for the next CCK for sure.
