USE ONLY PICCO PLUGS. The JL3 Rod will fit the MEGA ZX.12, the rod is the latest "T3" rod which is stronger than previous rods.

Denatured alchohol will be the most effective/safest way of cleaning your carb.

It's called the "PICCO P7" off-road buggy motor.

I am having a problem with keeping my carb from moving. It's a brand new engine, and the lock fits in perfectly, but I can easily turn the carb. Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone have any ideas?

Haven't heard of that problem before, but we need to isolate it, did you try using another carb lock pin from another engine? or maybe just needs to be tightened down a little bit more.

Yes,...... Take the Screw out of the carb tightener, pull the pins out . Take the Non threaded one and lightly dremel the overal length down 1mm or so.
What is happening is they are bottoming out before they squeez the carb base. Been there just fixed that.

Where can I get this Denatured Alcohol? I found the ethanol... but doesn't it attacks rubber o-ring?

HOME DEPOT sells Denatured alchohol by the gallon. and your O-ring will be safe from it.

I just had the same exact problem this weekend. I put a washer on the screw side and it tighted down on the carb. What I found was that the screw was bottoming out on the pinch bolt.

Has anyone tried the MF 2602 pipe with this engine? Compared to the Picco 2607.
