You will get higher roll center. After swapping that C1/C2, nothing eles change, your front ride heigh will be lower by almost 1mm.

Default Antisquat adjustments

I have a question on what anti-squat adjustments will do on carpet. I've currently got my 414m2 set with 1.5mm RF and 2.5mm RR spacers (it was called "pro squat" on this thread awhile back). I just set and forgot about it, but I'm reevaluating that decision now.

TIA

Post Finned heat sink for 414

Hey guys long time no post for me sure am glad to see many ppl still supporting the 414 series cars.

Anywayz i was wondering if anyone knows a company that makes good finned motor plate for the 414M series cars ?? I really dont like the light weight one looks rather cheap, hey that just my opinion.

Just trying to update my 414 here's how it looks soo far i still yet to mount the light weight gearboxes, too much work

Either Mirage (Japan) or SpeedRacing (Local HongKong Manufacturer) have those heat sink you looking for. SpeedRacing cost about USD10 street price in Indonesia.

It was some TRF prototype chassis that never made it into the market according to ppl in this thread it didnt really differ from the original 3X3 config. in terms of handling characteristics but if you really want a 1X6 config. you can get them from Kai models but i can guarantee the availability. Went to Japan last week and i could not spot it anywhere and i also presume the price would be hectic

We only have the speedracing at the moment. Shipping cost to another country from Indonesia is expensive. I suggest you to ask your LHS to find one for you.

Guys,

Want to ask for some advice on the following matters, i drive a 414M:

1. The stock set-up of the 414M for the rear suspension recommends that a small spacer be placed in the front arm carrier which is (correct me if i'm wrong) positive anti-squat. I was just wondering what would happen if instead of putting the spacers in front, what if i put in the rear? My problem really is lack of grip in the rear, my car tends to spin when i power out of corners.

2. my car is a tad too darty, meaning little steering inputs gives it a lot of directional change, i run in hot asphalt and use red sprins in the rear, yellow in front, 40 wt schock oil, yellow stab bars in the rear, silver worlds stab in front, center upper shock mounts in both the rear and front.

3. how do you set oyur diffs? should it be tight, loose or mid? basically my problem is the car tends to spin out when i exit corners.

4. finally, i havent really had the time to scroll through the thread, so can anyone suggest a good hot asphalt set-up?

Tanx in davance.

Jon.
