Sounds good, that's what I ended up doing. I tried to measure accurately and I was around .8 or .9 but I didn't know if I was measuring wrong given the flat top of the balls vs the round top on the A21.
Thanks Mike

Yes what you need to do is squeeze the st02 so that the bearing and at13 are not a snug fit (not loose either). You want to squeeze on the front side of st02 (part that sticks out towards the wheel). What happens is that it gets spread to far apart when first assembling or just production variance.
Let me know if this helps.

Arm protection.
I am new to the Awesomatix car and have seen cars with a small piece of flat metal on the bottom of the arms where the downstop setscrew hits the arm. Is this a aftermarket part or a Awesomatix option part? If anyone knows where I can get them please let me know... Thanks

This week-end at the US Indoor Champ, I was running the new SD2 and the bigger shaft. Very very love the car ! Take to much time to figure it out a good setup but the car was really quick at the end ! I was improving by 2 seconds in each round of qualify. Thanks to Mike Gee and Bill Sydor for the tips, almost made it to the a-main ! Should have ask earlier
Can't wait for the next race !
