With the metal gear servos it will probably take an act of the devil to damage the gears on those. Therefore it will be ok not to run a servo saver at all. Most of us dont.

When is all said and done I think you will end up with one of each on both sides. Just be sure that the L/R face down on the chasis and that the curved end of the block faces outwards.

This depends on track conditions. 2mm under the blocks will raise your roll center therefore 'free'-ing up the car a bit. If there is enough traction on the track you can do this to obtain considerably more cornerspeed. However if the track is low bite or the traction has not come up yet (early in the day) the car may be too loose with this setting and make it harder to drive in and out of corners.

With the L/R facing down on the chasis, and the rounded ends facing out, the hinge pins should sit towards to the top of the blocks.

800 grit will be finer than the 600 so it will probably take you a little longer to get the job done compared to the 600. It may give a smoother finish once you're done though.

You wont be able to save it as a standard file, but you can print to paper or print to adobe distiller and save it that way

800 is a fine grit so ill leave a smooth finish .. I would just sand the diff rings with that.

no offence to island bwoy but is what he said about the hinge pin mounts true?? do you mount them one l and r on each side with the letter facing the chassis.
i just want conformation.

Island Bwoy is correct when using the alum. arm mounts you mount them with the letters facing the chassis
