New substitute part number is for the Genius 120 #97168 or 97168B with booster.
I find that very strange since the 75 is a lot smaller and cheaper...

Hi,

Can you only change modes on the ESC via the transmitter... as when i try it via the usb/computer,it asks if i want to copy to another mode?....

also the frequecy settings,do they make much difference?...as it says the lower you go the smoother the power....

Thanks

Yah it asks if you want to copy the settings from the mode you're on to the new mode you're going to, so to save the settings of one profile. They make a difference I found only if you go from one end to the other, but if you're making small increments it doesn't do a whole lot.

I think 97305 has a "modified" spec rotor, i.e a 5mm core rather than 7.25 as spec class rotors should be. Certainly there was one part number that had this rotor, and hence wasn't ever legal in the UK. Checking our list, 305 isn't on that list, and that would be the only reason.

97410 is the latest GM 10.5, and very good!

Fairly sure that's wrong. GM hasn't ever had a 12,5mm rotor that fits that series of motors that has the correct 7.25mm core. They have only ever had 12.3 and 12.4 rotors with 7.25 cores.

Hi Guys!
Was not racing for two years and decided to revive a bit of the past for this winter season.
I have GM Genius 120 controller with v7.2 firmware and GM Pro Motor 17.5T

Do you have any idea where I can get As-Soft for my Firmware?
Is there any possibility to upgrade firmware version in my speedo?

T tried to use current programming tool v 1.6.5 but it seems that I can't change a lot of functions with it.

Thnks for reply in advance.
