I did a very long time ago and that was when I was trying to snap the ballcup over the ball in the arm. Never while driving. Just that one time. Do you know if its the hard or soft arms?

Just finish building my ARC 2015 ATS, I was very impressed with
the quality of the kit and how well everything fit with no modifications
needed...now waiting to put the car on the track for our club race.

mine should be here in 2 weeks time and on the track before June.

With all the reviews and people saying soo much good about this car, someone tell us, what is the weak link, what spares are needed, what is needed from box stock as tuning options excluding a different chassis plate?

Sorry to hear your having such bad luck with this. I've never seen 1 ball break up here in the NW from guys racing on the track and most including myself have had some bad crashes. Popping them on and off we've had 2 arms out of more then 20+ kits local. Is the ball just breaking or is it popping off when other items break?

I've found using a larger flat head screw driver wedged between the arm and ball cup is a great way to pop the cup on straight/easy.

Great to hear! ARC has worked hard to perfect all the little things to make the build as smooth as possible.

Good luck and enjoy!

Great to have another join the forces. The R10 is a solid car that's slowly gaining attention in the US.

Kit setup is a great starting setup for asphalt. Few small tweaks I'd recommend are HPI Silvers springs front/rear, AE 3 or 5k in gear diff and off you go! Top it off with a Blitz GSF body and its a super easy and fast starting point.

What surface and class will you be racing on? If your running stock classes I'd recommend Low friction belts and possible the LF pulley set to get that extra out of the drive train. For a little more steering over kit setup split blocks are a great option for the front. Also rear DCJ's to really make the rear rotate and carry corner speed.

For carpet check out my IIC setup. Its been a great starting point for many on US carpet tracks. http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/arc/...etsARCR10.html

Are the US spec cars ever gonna come back in stock or were they a limited supply deal like the black edition?

Wow that was fast, I looked earlier and they were still not in stock. Thanks for the heads up and I see the price has dropped as well.

Yes kits were out for a few days from the distributor but came back in-stock last Tuesday. Price drop was announced the 25th. Not that it wasn't before but its an even better value for the performance and quality offered.

US Kit was something we wanted to offer to keep the original price down and there are no plans to change that from what I know.
