so how long u guys been using this ofna pin setup??? i am getting sick of trying new things and waiting.. just want one final setup that will work without issues???

At the time gold springs were out of stock and I had some HB shocks, so I decided to use those. I put Associated 16mm front silver springs up front and Associated 16mm front black springs in the rear and it feels dialed.

Yea, I guessed as much about the weight difference in the king pins but,
It won't ever stop me from getting pretty much anything LR makes for my racers.
I like the aluminum screws idea but like the benefit of the strength of titanium over aluminum any day especially for such small screws, to each his own.
And don't you mean 8-32

Just drill out your stock piston with a #56 drill bit, that will get you to the number 5 piston size. #56 bits are supposed to be 1.18mm instead of 1.15mm according to the charts, but all the ones I have mic'ed have been 1.15mm.
I like the way they feel personally, give them a try.

It will also make the shocks softer if you use the same shock fluid, but usually you stiffen the shock fluid when you go bigger on the holes.
37.5 front/32.5 +/- 2.5 is pretty good with #5 pistons IMO.
