does anyone know the optimal temp for a tekin scx 5.5 4000kv motor?

You want to keep it under 180 if possible.

Anybody ever put 1/8 scale big bores on the truck? Any feedback?

There are quite a few guys running losi 8ight 2.0 buggy shocks on the scte. I thought about going that route myself.

Seaarched and didnt see anything or pics. The advantage would be, wouldnt pay the price as much on missed landings?

Not needed at all.Upgrade to the new scte shock parts and never look back!If Your truck has not been lightened and You run a very rough track with 1/8 scale jumps and 1/8 scale electronics(3 cell and 1/8 motors) than Maybe you will see some advantage!

What rod ends and ball have you replaced stock one with? I put on new only a couple weeks and they are all sloppy.
