I would recommend replacing the Cubs with the ones from the TA05. The factory ones are very brittle. The diffs have been pretty good for me. I use the plastic gears to save weight since I'm running 25.5 and 21.5 motors. If you sand the back if the bevels, sand be careful not to remove much material. I did on one if mine and it finally stripped out the internals. But totally user error. Rebuilt it track side with spare parts and have had zero issues since.
After a few runs, I don't see any leakage. What is there is just the residual fluid from the build.

Thanks to everyone with their cheers and support! We had a good group of privateers, putting in a top effort and so- I plan to keep on developing more speed secrets for the Evo6 in order to maximize it potential

Running a shafty at the RROC brought back some good memories
Privateers for sure, only free thing we had was advice, should have listened to Max sooner on that front

These are the types of upgrades that manufacturers will never do that can turn your tb-EVO 6 into a real contender in all classes... Bravo, and I hope you keep finding more of these heavy parts and chop them down accordingly....

Don't know why tires work best 2nd to 3rd run, new tires even after taking the seam off didn't make it any easier. I really liked the gear diff in front 2.5 million car went 3 tents faster. Ran 13.3's each round. Hard not to go back after that result. The EXO aluminum lower deck was part of the reason why I'm sure!

RedBull - I have never had luck with ball diff's but I ordered on to try out in the rear of the USGT car for weight savings related to the rotating mass (as well as the ARC outdrives, lightweight swing shafts, etc.)
