Are the short big bore dampers from the Evo.6 MS the same as the older Evo6?
I checked the shock shaft part numbers from both manuals and they are the same. Not sure about the shock body. Thanks

Making shaft drive great again
Qualifiers are wrapped up and we head to mains tomorrow.
Final tally: Out of over 70 stock racers, there were only 5 exoteks but 3 of them made the A main!
3rd ExoPro4
4th Exo6- also set single fastest lap
9th Exo6
Excited for the mains

Wow..... I hate to say it again, but I told you so ! Yeah I only run tc4's and Awesomatix A700ex, but they are all the same basic drivetrain design.... How many other shaftdrive (Awesomatix or other brands) cars made the top 20 ??? No tc4's ???...lol....
You can still get more speed out of your car if you use a ewhippler carbon driveshaft, aluminum screws/ turnbuckles/diff outdrives, blitz 0.5mm bodies, and remove all your bearing seals+ gear two teeth higher......Good luck....

TB04 aluminum pilot shaft, use the long shaft in the set, but it needs to be cut down to length of Evo 6 front shaft

Thanks for the info. Saving weight is good, but not at the expense of durabilty. Do you run any alumnum or ti screws? I also see you don't run the bearings on the battery tabs. Curious as to why? Also what Mah battery are you running?
Just trying to get all the puzzle pieces together to duplicate weight savings.
Thanks

Don't see the need for added bearings and screws on the battery holders
Have Yokomo rubber pad underneath so the lipo doesn't slip, and double layered tape for added insurance
