I finally got my Kyosho big bores and ran them in a practice session today. The 777 WC felt dialed! Before, I wasn't as sure footed like I am with these. I am running the stock pistons, lime green springs on all four and 60f/40r with 5mm spacers front and 10mm rear.

I do have KMW big bores for my ST-R. If I didn't have them, I would buy the Kyosho's without thinking about it. I think the best part of the Kyosho's is having the factory support. With the KMW's, it is hard to know where to start since only the impatient ones are running them. Not that it is a bad thing as the KMW's are really nice pieces, but it is frustrating at times trying to figure out what piston, springs and oil you should start with. I will say, that no matter what Big Bore shock you go with, they help these K cars tremendously!

t4, purple is a little soft, but for a real rough track, they might be ok - I would add lime green if you can

aussies, we run the front arms above level, and the rear arms barely above level

I had to get my fronts from Carolinasrc and the rears from Amain. I hated ordering from two different stores but I had to do what I had to do to get the goods!

Strange, Why can't these stores get a set of those big bore shocks?

& Why didn't Mark Pavidis get a set of those shocks? Probably he have a very good car set up already & a little change might affect what he is use to driving?

There's a warm up race at the Farm 2 (for the IFMAR WORLDS) Losi buggies are dominating in numbers. Kyosho is just second but it isn't final yet.

Here's the link.
