Heard from reliable source a totally new buggy would be out this Dec 2007.
Guess they should be doing away with their traditional e-clips in this model.

Thought the WC was already out sometime ago ?. This new model would be a totally new design, maybe a MP8 ??. No more those MP777 SP1, SP2, WC, blah, blah, blah.......this part upgrade, that part changed.

mp6, mp7, mp7.5,mp 7.5 k1, k2, k3, mp777, sp1, sp2, wc etc........................

What makes you think the mp8 won't be changed every 4 months like every other car? Maybe sooner with Losi on board now.

Burns, Inferno, Inferno DX, MP5, mp6, mp7, mp7.5,mp 7.5 k1, k2, k3, mp777, sp1, sp2, wc etc........................

Kyosho has come a long way & I won't argue the 8 series will not have any changes down the road after it is launched. That's part & parcel of product improvement for the consumers benefit. In the first place I didn't even says that, but that MP8 will be a totally new design & not a continuation of the MP777's series upgrade.

How "new" can a design get? The only real challengers ( that I know of) to the typical 1/8 buggy have been the TTR S3 with the extruded chassis and the Losi.

How much is really missing from a SP2 kit over a WC ?

A shop has a deal on an old kit and I can't make up my mind about it !
