The track has become rough and will be redone this week....so I have been told. Dan needed to open by the 4th of July so the track layout and packing of the dirt was done in a hurry. It is understood that the layout has a few shortcomings i.e. no place for marshals , to many lanes etc. The positives are great dirt , lighting is good and the pit area has great potential.
The few issues that exist can be changed and improved rather easily. After a few tweaks this will be a great track that is already pretty darn good.

I raced 1/8 scale buggy for the first time on Saturday at ARC. The track was very blown out and for a "beginner" it was very tough to have the descipline to drive slow through most of the track. That being said, this place is awesome. The track is large, the drivers stand is huge and covered, and the pits are good. The other thing is that I drove for atleast 90 minutes in practice, and all night long, and you can hardly tell that I even used my tires. The program is run great.....no hickups and extra down time. Basically, I can't wait until Saturday.....but hopefully there will be a new layout. If not new, atleast fill in and pack some of the holes.

Played at the track today!
It was the last day for the old layout, but it was quite busy. At least 20 people showed up to drive, along with a few spectators.
Dan is set up for Friday construction of the new track layout.
It is going to be OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!

Tech Rookie
Thanks to Anthony Howarth and Dan Luz for Helping me out with the new track. It is fun, fast, very wide lanes, and easy to race on with plenty of mashall spots.
I will be doing new tracks every 4 or 5 weeks. Thanks to all who came out.
