Are you sure this is a test MP4/13? The car looks wider, and it's on goodyears!? Have any more info on this car?? Looks like a MP4/12.5 or something!

It's an MP4-12. It says so right on the nose. The last year of the wide track chassis.

Default Rear diffuser mounted for FGX

Rear diffuser installed. Tried all the available rear diffuser in the market and this one, (I reckon) is the perfect fit for 3Racing FGX F1.

Great weekend to all!

I think R2 Hobbies (online and I believe out of Hong Kong) has West decals for sale.

But the kingpin looks like it can take the spring below the lower arm. If that's possible, then you can have more room between the upper and lower arms to position the upright for height adjustment.
It would be at max ride height as shown with no spacers under the upper arms. Adding the same size spacers under both the upper and lower arms will lower the ride height. So you should be able to get the right ride height for the tall Pardus tires. But you won't be able to raise it any more than it shows in the picture.

Looks different from what i remember (and the pic on Wikipedia!), it changed a lot throughout the year 1997 i guess.

Hi. How is lower front arm mounted to the chassis? Can you take a picture of the lower deck from the bottom please?

It is bolted to the blue aluminum piece and servo mount which is then bolted to the chassis. You can see the screws and spacers used to bolt it to the aluminum piece and servo mount in the pics.

From what I've read, it was a 12 but they used the 13 filtering testing. Not really too fussed, I just wanted an orange f1 car without it looking like a plain orange and black car. Just Googled orange f1 car and that's the closest one to the f113 shape. Only really been following f1 for the past 4 years.

Thank you, this is why I asked. So F103 or F04 front can be used

I am now setting up my car f104 on carpet and found out SWEEP medium front and super soft rear works fine for me at the moment. I have a few questions.

I want to know if i use supersoft at the rear with a softer insert what happens, do I get more grip or will it be more stable? Because the insert in it now is pretty hard compared to RIDE tire i tried before which gave the car too much steering.

Also what happens with the car if use harder back tyres will I have more grip or will it be more stable.

I suppose if I use harder front tyres I get more understeer?

Has anyone mated an F113 front end to the FGX Rear?
