Man , all this and in the end we are still adults playing with toy cars Just glad to see that after a short break things are still exactly the same. Gotta put in my two cents though , I met jason before the first piece of carbon fiber was cut . This started out as something fun for him to do , and to see where he has taken it in such a short time is truely an inspiration. He is the only one out there that puts his own pride in every single chassis that leaves his shop . Jason my hat is off to you . you do one hell of a job and make one hell of a chassis.

SpeedyPHATT:

great looking nitro car. I think it's the first B.M.I. nitro chassis I have seen. as for the rookie driver...just take it slow (well, ok a little fast) and easy. get the feel of the new chassis. to bad I travel so much. that looks like fun.

N4S: welcome back....was wondering where you were hope things are good.

AARP:

gee: did you miss Jason Exelby at Cleveland???????? his was running a B.M.I. chassis. I think he was up there in the B for quite awhile then had some problems that dropped him down a couple of heats.

he still runs it when he gets a chance to race. (only if I let his dad off for a Sunday)

as I never saw these small race cars unitl I was sent to the USA to work on the new VCP for my parent Co. (to busy working on the real size race cars)
I do know what a TC3 and a Xray are now as Tim has brought them to work for me to see. I even took one home to race (thanks to TIm).

as for the perfect chassis.......you can't please everyone all the time so there will always be people to complain about anything someone trys to produce.

Burbs, Jason has been havint problems with his e-mail through his hosting company. PMing him here and asking on the forum is the best way to get a hold of him right now.

Maybe some of the more knowledgeable BMI guys can help him out with this. It would be nice to have a more up to date website. Jason simply has twice as many things to do as he has time right now.

I have always had good success in getting him by phone. He's a great guy and more than happy to talk to customers even though he's very busy atm. He's in the shop from 7:30-5 EST.

Yo SpeediePhat- I like that Chassis. Looks trick. Is stuff moved around on it from the stock chassis? I noticed cuz of how the steering servo is placed. Does it make more room somewhere else?

Burbs, come down to the RSJ Spring Trophy Race on the 17th. The track's located in Libertyville, Illinois...only about 15-20 mins from the Wis. border. If you want info go to the Wis & Illi forum and check it out. Classes are novice, stock rubber, stock or 19t foam. I'll be racing stock or 19t foam depending on what we all decide.

Burbs, usually 3-4 heats of stock rubber...for the trophy race i'd expect at least 4...possible 5...

We usually race on Saturday evenings. Track opens at noon, racing starts at 5:30...normally we get out between 10 (average)and 11 (packed) depending on turnout.
