Hi,

@Sleighty: SD-414C should be the number.

@caveman: No, that's the Genius 80. It is big but you should know that my chassis is 12mm narrower. So in standard BD it should fit just fine. If you look at the GM-Racing page you'll find the car of Markus Mobers.

@Zacharopoulos: I made some chassis in different thicknesses. A 3mm chassis with a 3mm topdeck for carpet and a 2mm chassis witht the stock topdeck for asphalt.
On carpet you have the advantage, that the chassis is a lot stiffer and narrower. So the chassis rolls less and don't touches the surface as easy as with the stock one. The steering response is better and in high grip/high speed situations the car feels more stable.
With the 2mm chassis the only advantage is that you can change the stiffnes of the car by using different topdecks. Plus it is narrower.

Cheers
Chris

hello guys !!!
three things !!!!

first of all where i can find the Masami rear shock tower??? anyone tried the bomber towers????
Is it anything that i can change with the screws that keeps together the c hub and upright and the plastic washer that goes above or under the upright ??? i mean a different kind of screw and a colar or a washer!! That can also decrease the slop!!!
And last but not least at the back i race with the block that write on it +2 degrees!! What does this mean?? 2 deg. at each wheel ??, or 2 deg. at both wheels together???

thanks

You can get Titanium kingpin sets from Yokomo that is simply a titanium screw with a titanium collar that replaces the old kingpin. That removes the need for the plastic collars. Cant find the part number right now.

Smile TITANIUM KINGPIN

Hi,

The PNo for the Titanium Kingpin Screw and spacer is SD-414TA. You get two spacers and two screws in a packet. Therefore you need two packets for one car.

Cheers
Calvin.

well guys, today i switched to the stiffer yok chassis, the white springs, and went from 2.5 rear toe to 2.0 with .05 hubs. amazing, differance in handling. i went from the occasional 10.3 and one time 10.1 to repeated 10.2's and a fast lap of 9.8. i am one happy yok customer/driver.

The firm chassis is really nice, car seems to be more consistant.
