I'm not sure how to get it apart, but I do know there are some paste type things that you can use to help prevent this. I've heard of this happening with people who have a titanium seat post and a aluminum frame, so you might be able to get some help at a bike shop.
racerdx6, hey thanks for the response, just got in from racing and will check them, I did check them befor the A-main today and they were fine but I really need to look at em and if they do seem like they are fusing up I'm gonna try a dot of anti-seize on each screw. Other than that, another win for TeamXray today, congrats to NismoSkyline also for bringing in 3rd, way to go Brandon.

Default Titanium screws seizing in aluminum

No signs of the screws seizing up.

I have had that happen to me many times on my Evo2.

Solid frontaxle works!
i tried my new axle yesteday and it worked realy well until i rammed the boards on the straight at top speed. The casterblock and the solid axle took the damage, the axle breaked in half and the block just cracked. This thing is a tank. Was the first thing i hanve broken on the car i think

Soo.. i made my own solid diff I took a regular Xray diff, took out the balls and tightened the bastard with all my mighty power
The axle was solid for the rest of the day

I have also tried the 1.77 pulleys i want to say that they are very good, more bottom grunt and nice roll. I do not have any problems with the belts touching the motor and i'm running 22 / 93. 48 pitch.

BTW:
heres my car
I know that my camera sux bigtime

Anyone Else try Burch's setup on an outdoor asphalt track? If so what kind of track, parking lot or perm asphalt? Does this setup work well if the track has long straights but a tighter infield?

That is basicly what Madrip Raceway looks like. One long straight down the back, and then a twisty infield section. Here is a picture of the track.

Caddzilla,

Thats a sweet track. The one I run on is smaller than that, but I will try out Burch's setup the next time I run. Thanks

sands, I haven't found cut brushes to be effective with touring cars, must be the weight and the 4-wheel drive system, I don't know...

sands- you probably are still running the stock brushes on your monster stock pro. you can try installing harder brushes, try purple on both sides. You will lose a little rpm usually, and will gain acceleration and punch. Although when I installed purple springs on my Chameleon 19t the rpm shot up like a rocket.

Ei Ei that racerdx6 6 6, I love dbl purples as this gives aggresive power out of stocks BUT I have also found that trinty's 4499's or whatever they give you with their so buetifully tuned monsters SUCK! Power drops of big time where Reedy 767's(normal width) give consistant power throughout the day. Sounds like Putnams are the ticket for Stocks but I've only found chipped brushes but that was before I started stablizing and aligning brushes in the holder.
