From previous experience at EC 19turn was quite good fun, and quite fast. No matter what happens to mod regarding cell numbers if 19t gets up i expect it would dominate with entrant numbers and maybe even become the fastest TC class. The class did take drivers away from Mod, mostly because 19t entrants were the usual mod entrants, 19t was less boring, and provided great track battles. Batteries and Electronics are certainly not an issue in 19t.
If the class became a State Title and National Class id say a good number of racers would race the class week in week out at club level.
Is it fair to say that 19t would appeal to quite a few stock racers (who feel the need for more speed)?

But I thought motor limits dont work>?
it becomes a battery war or you end up cranking the motors until they explode or some garbage..

you can use the same packs/ESC/car/tyres as 27t stock, even my setups between 27-23-19 turn are almost the same,
its all good.
