BOK! Kamusta. You'll need the TRF415 MS Upgrade Chassis Conversion Kit.

I was really hoping that the gold car would be a newer version of the 415, rather than a 415MSX refine 2 just with the gold finishing....

Any word, that Tamiya will be coming a new more updated 415??

You can convert any 415 chassis kit to an MSX. The onlt thing you will use from your car will be the chassis, shocks, suspension and drivetrain. So you will get the new bulkheads, shocktowers, bell crank, top deck etc.

Hope this helps.

dehins tol. The uprade kit is like the MSX version. The only thing missing (parts) from the upgrade kit are the ff:

1. light weight rev arms & uprights (F/R)
2. titanium susp shafts
3. titanium shock/damper shafts
4. 5 x 1.9mm bearing spacers for the uprights (F/R)
5. 2.5mm MSX bottom deck (415 = 3.0mm)
6. TRF Special edition dampers (blue)
7. rear bulkhead centerpost (not available as option part)
8. 5mm wheelhubs
9. TRF415 Aluminum Diff outdrive kit
10. 3x10mm Turnbuckle shaft (4pcs)
11. F/R low friction belts (white)

I think that's it (not sure though).......

All these parts I listed are available as option parts (hop-up parts) except the rear bulkhead center post.

I too had the std 415 then bought the MS upgrade kit & bought the other parts later. The center post I had to wait til ebay stores/Hongkong rc stores sold it seperately.

Default out of the loop

I have not touched my 415 in a while. I did put the Ta05 pulleys on it but never drove it. I keep reading about the new stering but is it ever going to be available to the public? I am going to need a new chassis before long anyway. I am still using the one from my original 415. Thats about all thats left. I am going to start heading to the track again and for some stupid reason i think i need the latest and greatest! My driving definately does not deserve it!

Sorry if this is a repeat question.

I am looking for alluminum front knuckles for my TRF415 MSX Refine 2. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Also does anyone know if there is a 6 degree castor block for it?

Thanks

I have fitted the new steering on my MSX. Had a new top deck cut and you could just redrill your standard chassis.
