Ran the TC6.1 today for the first time and my first time racing in over 2 years. Good car. Finished 5th overall out of 12 so not too bad for knocking off the rust.
Never did figure out my front shock situation. Lowest I could get it tweak free was 6mm. Compared everything to other tc6.1s at the track and can just not figure it out. In hindsight I should have swapped shocks with someone else to see what would have happened.

Hi
Can someone please show me how to cut the top deck in on my TC6?
I want to get better grip on the rear
Preferrably with a picture also
Thanks!

IMO, I'd suggest the XXXMain book, Chassis Set Up Guide....before cutting the top deck.

Will there be a Chassis like this for TC6.1?
All the best brands (Yokomo, Tamiya, Kyosho, HB, Xray) go to this design this days. The reaseo is to get flex where you require it ...
Seen some prototype in ETS Gran Canaria last week! Levanen and Hebert were not able to cahallenge the fast guys. Despite some of the best were not there they didn't make it to the a-main.

That looks to be the rubber mat material for the drawers or tool boxes. Should be able to find it at any hardware store.

Thanks for sharing the pix Mike,
Seems like I have to cut the rear one above the pinion to fit a 36T pinion for a 21.5T motor anyway lol.
