I have no idea if he's spraying or not. All of our testing has been on low to med bite. email me your set up. I'd like to see where you are at compared to what I'm going to run this coming weekend?

The car will feel a bit more reactive at high speed and you will be a bit sharper turn-in in general with a bit less corner exit.

Does anybody here replace their kit every few months? I know some fast guys locally that buy fresh sedans (the same kit) every season because of "wear & tear".

I dunno, i don't understand it and I never did? Thats great you get fresh bulkheads, diffs, shocks, chassis, CVD's, etc. But what if all those parts are striaght? Why replace?

I saw that Andy moore builds a fresh car for every big race

I know I just do a big re build, Tear it down piece by piece and check all the parts.. Id love to have a new kit, but I dont see the point (for me).....

I doubt it is necessary for every big event. he probably does it just coz he can get a new kit for every event. after about 6 months of racing Mod the car can get a bit 'wobbly' and so its hard to compete with a car that pretty much changes every run.

I've just bought a rear WCE shock tower to replace one on my original black cyclone. I've just discovered that the holes in the WCE tower are higher than the original. Because of this I can only set my droop at 6 or less as the shock aren't long enough for me to set the droop where I want.

Have other people found this too? What's the solution? Is it just a case of lengthening the shock?

The WCE is much higher spec, with all the hop-up parts you'd need to buy for the TC... Remember, the TC was designed to be a low-cost, entry level car, so they left off all the good bits. The only problem is they also forgot to lower the price tag...

Buy the WCE
