Are you and your brother running either carbon fiber chassis?

Have one of each and he uses both depending on the track. The standard works better for him on small or tight tracks, but he likes the +8 better on large, sweeping layouts.

Measure it right before the bend for the kick up. I actually got rid of the bumps stops on the plastic pivot. I use 2mm limiters in my front shocks. I had dirt stuck between the bump stop and droop screw so I said screw it.
Off to the races!

Sounds like I was measuring correctly. After putting a pack or two through the new rig the ride height settled for some reason.

Went through at least 8 packs today and I gotta say the 210 might be the best balanced car I've driven i reckon. basically ran the kit setup on what was a very dry, very dusty, medium sized clay track. Would have been undrivable with my b4.1, but managed to give a few mod 4x4's a run while I still had rear tyre tread. No real big jumps to contend with at this track so went right down to 25wt in the rear which kinda gave the semi-chewed tyres a second life.

Love how this car almost doesn't feel like a traditional 2wd, such is the stability in the back end. More inclined to 4w drift instead of spin out (running 4RM initially).. Subtle under steer is a good thing in this class.

Hi !
Have a problem with my DEX210 and esc/motor.
Yesterday my car started to loose punch and speed and suddenly stopped.
Found it to be the front bearing on my 8.5 Novak Ballistic.
Changed the bearing but the car is still slow and without the punch it used to have. Tried a new rotor and still the same. The esc and motor are also very warm now after about 5mins of running.
The drivetrain have no binding and is very easy to spin.
The esc (Xerun V2.1) also did a default setting on its own 2 days ago.
Sound and light signals works as they should.
Is it the motor or the esc that is the problem you think ?

Most likely more than the front bearing gone on that motor. Know someone with a spare you can test? It took me plugging my 2.1 in the wrong way to destroy it.

Well had the first outing with the buggy and man I am pumped. I have been racing Nitro for some time and had not raced 2wd mod since brushed motors.... I came down the drivers stand after the first practice run and was smiling ear to ear. I found the car was just in balance. I read that in an above post and agree. The buggy is just balanced. I had a few little bugs but the night was a blast and I am pumped for the rest of the season. I did learn my lesson on how tight to have the gear case and my gear cover is in need of being replaced. Does anyone make an aftermarket one for the 210? This is a very good buggy. I am glad to be in the Durango camp!

Not trying to spam but figured I would let my Durango peeps know I listed some dex210 wheels and tires in classifieds.
