be causious that the use of aluminum screws will break in high stress areas... and Ti will bend... stick with the steel or stainless screws.... it could be the difference of crossing the finish line or a DNF...

This might be to much to ask. but for ones who already has the EVO 4, can someone put together all the screws necessary to make up the kit?
I'd like to have my screws ready.

Thanks

i got my car this morning and in 1 day without resting its built.
this car is soooooooo good build wise.
i havent tested it yet.
i didnt put the gearbox covers on as its gonna be raced on carpet so didnt see the need.
also i left a 0.1mm shim from the gearbox as it feels tight but will loosen once run.
like the idea of the 3piece prop.
also gears look chunkier then the evo3 gears.
i like the amount of adjustments of the suspension arms/knuckles and they are ligter me thinks.
also the car can now take 26mm wheels with no rubbing.
my dislikes were that we only got a-e toe blocks for rear.
what happened to bcd?
il just take them off the 415.
overall i am very pleased about the build quality.
oh and i like the idea of having an option in caster blocks.
evotech go get your evo4

Thanks Dave.

so if I want using the suspension upgrade kit on the EVO III maybe I also should go for the 415 blocks.
Is the EVO IV using AA blocks or DD blocks in the front?

Things like wheelbase and battery position may be a little different but in the end this should be very similar to an EVOIV.

This is it, ENJOY!!!
Enjoy thats for sure...

I have been using Rainbow Ten for all my EvoIII and TA04 parts and I recommend them. Email them any question to [email protected] and they will respond quickly. Their search feature returns items that they have in stock - not what they can order in. Shipping to Australia for up to 0.5kg is only 1500yen...

Check them out!!!

Regards,

Tony

The suspension kit comes with everything needed to connect the rollbars but not the roll bars (which are included with the 415 kit anyway).

Hey guys, just ordered my Evo IV today and I was wondering if Tamiya have released a titanium turnbuckle set for the car? If not will any of the 415 turnbuckles fit?

Cheers
