Are we really sure about that? I never thought there would be any real commonality as its a Tamiya/Tech joint design, like the 415.

the evo4 use evo3 outdrives and so the trf 415 can also use evo3 outdrives in the back.

evo4 on order should have it soon hopefully.

Just wondering what size are the hex screws on the evo4? i only have the standard evo3.

Standard diff needed for the front for indoor slippery things, so if they have, not buying one!

They are almost certainly 3mm, like the 415

So i will be using a 3mm Hex driver right?

Said driver for a 3mm hex screw, not 3mm a/f driver.

the rear diff should fit in the front b/c the diffs are not off centre on the evo4 unlike the 415.
the 415 can have diffs built but you need some yokomo parts which is listed in the 415 thread a few pages back.
then all you need is the solid middle pully.

the evo4 isnt aided in design buy tech.

I've just picked up my TB Evo IV from my LHS at a pretty good deal. I saw the kit on the wall and couldn't help myself. I will post some pics of the stock standard Evo IV so that you can compare it if you want. But.......... I gotta build it first!!! :-)

No, the thread will be 3mm, but you will need a 2mm allen driver.

just buy a 3mm allen key from your lhs.
