v7.1? brushed? 7t is WAYYY too much motor lol. a brushless 7.5t is not equal to a 7t brushed.

ordered some pinons and another spur, so i have 75, 78, 81, 84 spurs, and 22t 24t 26t 28t 30t pinons, hopefully i can get a gear ratio that works

most likely going to start with 78/24 with a 10.5 in buggy and 84/22 on the 9.5 in the t4, unless anyone has other comments.

Default V2 shocks

Just ordered front and rear V2 shocks for my B4.1 which is currently stock.
I run at an outdoor clay track with a good mix of bumps, straights and jumps.
What is a good weight of oil to start with for the fronts and rears in these shocks? Also, I ordered a variety pack of springs, what springs should I start with also?

Thanks all....Rick

would the +8 chassis make a big difference on the handling of the buggy and also getting diff rebuilt with bfast balls and rings make a big difference what kind of balls should i get?

+1 on the 8mm chassis, makes it handle like night and day.

The Bfast Kit is a waste. You can achieve the same results sanding your stock rings and using ceramic diff balls. Others on here will argue with this, but that is them.

50 watt should be ok. I have used a 40 watt iron in the past and did an ok job but not ideal.
