It's a 5000 mah 40c, ~290g. So I'll call that average. Not sure how it compares to some of the newer higher C lipos.

Ι had the same problem and i used the truck or older b4 spring retainers (ASC6475). They are flat and not like a cup as the b4.1's are. That way i got my ride height to even 23mm with silver springs on the rear.

The 12mm buggy front hex wheels are common with RB5. You can use the truck length axles but they are longer and might require a shim on the outside of the wheel if the nut doesn't tighten completely.

The Losi 22 didn't use a common front wheel with any other manufacturer. You can ask them why....I don't know.

cut some channels in some 1"x1" stock i had, and put a piece of carbon fiber strip i got from tower to cut them down to 40mm strips for bracing for the chassis.

got my 4 braces ready for my chassis....see how the chassis turn out, maybe end up doing a few for locals lol

Does the RPM gear cover keep out tiny rocks and sand better than the AE version? I have an FT B4.1 and T4.1. Both are getting tiny rocks in the spur gear teeth very easily. Thanks.

To be honest, No, IMO..the clear AE cover is about as good as you're gonna get. You could try a light film of grease where it hits the motor plate..

Need some expert advice on my B4.1 buggy. I finally got it set with great initial steering. The problem is that it washes out extremely quickly. I don't want to loose the initial steering that I have but I want to keep my steering more consistent through the turn without washing out. What should I look at to adjust? I notice this most with off power steering. Thanks for any help you can give me.
