Tons of info in the thread. I should of never went with HB stuff in the first place...
I went from the 2050 to the 1900, and the power band is a lot smoother. Not to mention, I had to turn the 2050 down anyways because it had way to much power.

But.... I wish you guys would come up with a solution for these piece of shiznit castor blocks. My castor bushings constantly fall out. They are a pain to set. I'm getting so frustrated with them I'm thinking of researching another 1/8th scale to run because this is SUCH a weak point on the Rc8be.

Are you guys in development of some new, and IMPROVED castor blocks that don't depend on these wretched bushings to function?
The bushing/socket cap coming loose has also happened to us as well. It will be consider a project for sure.

If you haven't acquired your RC8be yet, you would wait until the RC8.2 nitro kit is released and just buy the electric conversion kit! Save some money!

Default Rc8be w/worlds upgrades

Guys I'm putting my rc8be up for sale. They banned 8th scales at my track so my loss is your gain.

Good luck

Thanks,

Brandon

Hi just bought a B8e and am going to put in a Mamba Monster 1/8 esc but unsure as which motor to get, some people use the 2000KV motor, the castle creations website advises to use the 2650KV motor, which one is correct? The 2650 is shorter than the 2000 will this make much difference?

thanks

Do these fit the RC8Be and are they necessary?

I have them and they work. They catch a lot of dirt.
