They don't! They release it a few months before the season starts so that we can build them and look at them for a while.

that would be perfect for the florida racing, because that is the start of our racing season, but don't think you'll find a sedan muegan down here. if any of you muegan guys want to move here for the winter, you will have 8 or 9 races to get ready for your summer season.

My desire to own one of these is off the scale now, it feels almost painful to wait another month or two, though I still have to come up with the cash for my own...

From what I hear, team drivers in most places have the first release versions by now or soon, so it's probably doing test laps in various places around the world, working out the kinks and/or base setups for out of the box settings???.
