What ballcups for the B4.1 would provide tighter tolerances. Just seems to be too much slop with the stock units. I have seen pics of Kinwald running the Losi grey extra rigid ballcups. Would RPM be tighter?

I never have run the losi ones.

I see Thielke has a Ghea sticker on his body. Wonder what he is running? Ghea has trick delrin tapered pistons in hole sizes 1-4. They cost a fortune at $19.11 per set of 4 based on current exchange rates.

If any of you have put the Kyosho big bores on your B4.1 would you please care to share or pm me with what it takes to get them mounted up properly? I really like the car, just not a big fan of the V2 shocks. There are 3 22's at our local club and I have driven them all, overall the car is too numb feeling to me compared to the 4.1 but I think it has a distinct advantage on the types of tracks we run on which are very bumpy with grass and dirt mix. My buddy pointed out to me yestery that at one spot on the track there was dead grass, live grass, and a spot of dirt that was blue grooved!

Most use the losi for strength more than their fit or weight

The reason to use the k-spring is for their more progressive spring rate compared to the Ae green spring ...
Note:
Do not use the big bore springs , standard is the size that perform best , use Ae v2 shock ..

The chassis' are just a T4 chassis with around 4mm cut out of the middle. I just finished mine this weekend and ran it in the main. For the first time ever running it with no practice laps, I liked it alot! Just need to make a few small setup changes to accommodate .
