I was thinking about using the patriotic paint scheme from the old AFX slot cars. Does anyone remember them? I thought this might look good on a 68 or 69 HPI Camaro. Or I might do it on a Pegasus 70 Camaro.

HA I had that same exact camaro slot car. I used to have tons of them and I ended up giving them to an older guy that raced 1/24 slot cars with me back when hobbytown barret pkwy had the big king track before tommy. Man I miss small scale races when i was a kid.

But now that VTA has started locally its time to run some cool bodies. Very Tempted to get a Boss 302 Mustang.

Hello everybody! I wanted to post up some pics of my two new ladies that will be hitting the track this fall. I plan to start up a VTA series here in Michigan so I needed a couple cars to try my hand at some On Road racing.

Hope ya like!

Still have to add some USVTA logos and some Vintage Sponsor logos, both of which I got from Carl. Big thanks to Ed Hayes at Slipstream Graphics for the great work once again.

Does anybody know if these Bolink Car bodies will fit on a 4WD Sedan Chassis like the Team Associated TC5?

They will not fit very well, as they were for the original 1/10 scale pan cars that are 235mm wide. Not the 200mm as we use today. I still have a few in the parts closet, so will compare to the TC5 and and take a picture.
