Thanks for the complements guys, the car that I was copying was a GTO if found on google by typing vintage mountain dew race car in. It appeared to be a rendering but what they hey, I like it! I had a number of pele ask at the track about making some other "throwback" designs. Keep an eye out to see what else we can come up with.

Darkside's race would be a blast but unfortunately I have to work that weekend. I can't wait to see what comes out of that concourse event!

I know I can't run a '67 Corvette in VTA officially. I do run one locally in club racing sometimes. This one I did up with the spoiler that comes with it for USGT. Wanted to post it here because you guys like vintage like me. I didn't do much on graphics. That body is too dang cool all by itself! Nice job HPI!

I am still dreaming of the day when HPI or some other R/C body manufacturer would make this 1972 Pontiac Firebird into a PolyCarb body.

Watch the VTA A-Main Video here.
These 3 guys took home the honors from that race. Notice that 1st and 2nd place are father and son.

Randy's yellow/black/blue '68 Camaro with #93 on the doors took 1st place.

Joey's gold/black '65 Shelby GT350 Mustang with #47 on the doors took 2nd place.

David's blue/white/red '71 AMC Javelin with #6 on the doors took 3rd place.

Default Trans Am

I know that this TRANS AM isnt USVTA legal, but I'm sure many are running it for club racing, right?

I did this one with Faskolor. Everything is paint at this point. The guy I did it for may add some decals, but that's his call. Headlights will be clear, but I don't believe he's putting in a lighting system.
