I was looking at those on Nathan's car when he came down to our track, and they could work, but they might need some jb welding every couple of runs to keep them together

looking to change out the shocks in my t4.1 what would be a good option? It seems that the stock springs rub against the shock tower.

-I run an LRP Sxx V2 speed control and LRP X12 7.5 motor
-Why do you need a larger battery Hold down? any 2s lipo should fit just fine.
-Don't know why your motor shaft is too long, what motor is it?

We run on a damp, tacky, indoor clay track. Slicks produce traction close to the level of indoor carpet.

i doubt the amount of sunlight hitting the track has anything to do with how well a big bore shock works. The larger oil volume can be advantageous anywhere.

You guys do what you like... im not a fan boy so i run what works. I don't care what label is on the outside. So far, they are superior to the AE shocks in every single way.

guys at the track are already calling my car the B22

No, he got third. A couple guys at our track had some tq buggies and apparently they had some jb weld mods haha. The shocks don't look bad though

I hate ball diffs, how popular is the ASC9827 gear diff in the 4.1? And what diff oil is commonly run in it?

Default First B4.1 questions

Just picked up and in the process of building i tore a dust cover. Are they crucial? Should I go with Cav indoor setup or go by the box? Running all in doors on a tight track. And picked up the Tekin 8.5 pro combo. Good right? Never ran 2 wheel. And what's with the standard on the 1/10th scale and metric on the 1/8th scale? Now I need another set!

I personally do not think their necessary. The box setup is a good start. The 8.5 might be too much motor for a tight indoor track. You might be able to de-tune it a bit with the ESC.
