I just checked my back orders at Tower Hobbies and it looks like the suspension upgrade is being picked and packed.

I'm curious to know, with these upgrades, how much better it could perform.
Loving the SNR carbon chassis and AE worlds geometery towers. I have been running the SNR package for 7 months now. The car is much quicker, turns on a dime, and easier to control in the air. The chassis is holding up great, I would buy it again if I was faced with the decision. Some guys complain on how stiff the car feels but I like that positive feel.

The worlds geometery relaxed the car and helped to gain droop travel. I think its a great improvement.

rebuilt the center diff last nite, a little sanding and mugen gaskets = no more leaks.

then the neighbors decided to bust out a ramp, 2 vxl trx trucks vs the rc8be.

we all know who survived. 2 busted trx trucks and one happy rc8be owner. lol

I got my ship notice also, has anyone seen any setup sheets floating around for the new geometry? I noticed people using the 8x1.3 pistons but thats about it.

The SNR chassis is the longest lasting chassis that I've used for this car (I did use chassis film and skid plates as long as they didn't throw off the hadling).

I'll talk to Steve and see if he will start making his RC8 chassis 3mm longer like the "world's" geometry.

Just got home from work, and I see the mail man left a box inside my garage tagged Tower Hobbies. I think there is a RC8be inside there...

Middle of the year and it feels like Christmas, gonna open this sucker up!

Tower just bought ALL the worlds parts instead of the chassis to my door..

First impressions..alot more modifications then I though where needed (some near the droop screw, castor block needs shaving, and need to change out some parts) but over all cant wait!

Any set up sheets for the new worlds parts?

What are ya runnin as far as a setup? Had the parts on my rc8be for a while and got a baseline setup that felt good as wcrc but it felt like it could be better. No where near oc anymore in Merced so no racing till I come back to socal but I'm still working on having this thing dialed in when I get back.

and gets 13-14 minutes easily... and its super lightweight.

I have ran both 3S and 4S. Recently decided to just go with 4S as I liked the extended run time on the track and the extra power. Clearing the huge tripple for all 10 min of a main with out a second guess is awfully nice

10 min of run time on the track will normally see about 2300mah being put back into my 5000mah 4S pack while on 3S i was seeing closer to 3200mah.

I recently purchased 3 Gens Ace 4S 40C packs and am really happy with them. They seem to be the brand of choice for a lot of people.
