This is what happens when you invest in cheap lipos .This is a friend of mine's buggy in the usa batterys used turnigy 14.8v 4s 5000mah .

He posted the photo on facebook with a little story .Alot of customers say why should i pay more for another more expensive pack when i can buy 3 cheap packs ok fair enough but do your math example price/how many charge cycles/runtime/performance and warranty and you will quickly find out why its better to spend a little more for decent a pack .

I bet you will not get any warranty from any manufacturer if a pack goes into flames!
Certainly when it is in an off road car where the pack is under stress due to jumping....

I was very happy with my $8 1750mAh Rhino lipo's, which I used in my M18, where they are not under very heavy load.

If the pack is of good quality cell and has a true c rating the load will make no difference no matter jumps or mountains .

The amount of rubbish thats around these days it amazes me that the Authoroties havent caught up to the people selling dangerous cells .There was a aircraft that caught on fire in the usa ups freighter and the cause they say were lipos .bottom line cheap lipos are cheap lipos for a reason and the reason is they are dangerous manufactured in none controlled environments and cantaminated .
