In my opinion it is. I also have the traktion clutch, and it is awesome aswell.
With the tekno chassis, the car becomes much narrower, causing it to become more responsive and more stable.

Yes, it is 3mm longer in the tail section, Steven hartsen won the nitro challeng pro electric bugg with the new chassis first time out, The chassis plants the rear end on the car, and makes it easier to drive and more balanced in the air. It is definitely worth the money.

The electric and nitro cars are the same "car" so the setup shouldn't really be different. If you want to look though. There is a setup guide in the back of the RC8be owners manual. I realize you don't have one being a conversion, but they are in PDF kn AEs site.

I can't comment much on the 50T spur. You'd have to put that in a calculator. Unless someone has experience.

And M2s should be good for loose outdoor.

Stupid question. Got some Turnigy packs coming. They have 5.5mm bullet connectors on them. Is that the way to go or should I use a different style connector. I use Deans on my starter box battery. If the 5.5mm connectors are the way to go do any of them work. I see Tekin, Protek, Castle, and Venom ones. Leaning towards the Tekin or Protek. Do most of you run the wires directly soldered to the motor or bullet connectors there too?

good question. I take the bullets off and use deans for my batteries because they're so easy. I solder directly for the tekkie but not castle. The bullets are easy to solder on and off though. just cut the shrink wrap off and heat it up.

I ordered a Tekin combo today and ordered it with the 2050 motor. Is their a big difference between this and the popular 1900? I also ordered a Reedy 4s 60c battery. I have a friend with an SC8 that has a Castle 2000kv with a Reedy 4s and his is crazy fast. I will be racing against him in the unlimited class. With my rc8e factory team with this motor/battery be close to his SC8? Thanks Also what kind of servo should I buy?
