Just working on the car, and noticed that the front upper arm turnbuckles are pointing a different way than the steering turnbuckles.

That can't be right.

If they do go the same way, which is right?

Ball diff would never last with the torque of these motors. It would melt.

Default Love my RC8Be

I ran my RC8Be for the first time today and it was great! I got to run the car on the Dirt track at RCX with the Team Associated crew! The car was very easy to drive with the Lrp speedo and 1900kv motor. Tekno Rc hooked me up with a 19 tooth pinion and the car felt great!

Several of the Team Associated guys were running the soon to be released RC8 Worlds upgrade kit on their cars with great success. The kit will include new front and rear shock towers, new arms, and a new B pivot. Look for the new parts soon!

JG, thanks for the input. The buggy is great. I ran at Amain today. I walked away clean! Can't wait for the new parts to come out. I'll have them in the cart first day. Did they say whether it was going to be a complete swap?

it just feels really heavy when I'm driving it... if that makes any sense. I feel like it's struggling even with 4s on tekin 2050.

I know what you mean, especially on a small tight track. There is no finesse about it. It feels like a tank. Thats why I bought a B44.1 too.

even on my local 8th track, I just feel like everyone is passing me even when I push the buggy. It's like if I'm not running 2650 tekin and 60c lipos I can't drive.

MBX6e is half a pound lighter then the rc8be, and my HBve8 weighs around the same as the mugen without aluminum skids.
