Sheesh, I am sorry Harold

I have had a really really busy week at work, they think I should work twice as hard since I took a week off to go to the nitro challenge, bastards!

I am going to try to get all orders that have been neglected this week out and the rest of the engines sent in for repair/inspection done as much as I can today.

I am pretty sure I have one left harold

Thanks bud
I would usually recommemd that you keep the one you got for parts and get a new one, one thing you could do is purchase part #08536 (p5 p/s/r set) and have a whole new animal, the hard part is when all this happens inside the engine that it usually messes up more than the untrained eye can notice and it probably need s bearings, who knows if the crank pin is within tolerance , there are a few things to look at besides just the piston/sleeve

Lmk if you need anything, the new x3 is gonna replace the n21r limited just so everyone knows, they will be 145$ and they come with the new carb

I'm loving the run time from both engines in truggy. Over twelve minutes for both with the Plus4 consistently closer to 14 minutes. This is on tracks that are probably medium sized, much smaller than the Nitro pit. Sizes average about 200 x 100 or close to it. And usually the front or back is a full straight.

These two have performed flawless for many, many gallons and oh so consistent. I'm in hog heaven and thank Monty for your services sir. So it looks like I'm gonna need another plus4 from you sir if you still have them available.

thanx

Yes sir, plus 21-4C TEAM engines in stock

Fms works well on the dynamite pipe but much better on the nova pipes, 9853ss/41021 to be precise

Lmk what you need Chris,
Monty

I have the Fms that has been completely modded by Mr Houston. The bottom end on the Fms is there but u just have to find it. What has worked for me was the nova 41021 header coupled wit the 9853ss. Try removing one of the small shims underneath the head. This will help with the bottom end and also tame the abrupt midrange-top powerband. Always run the most stiff clutch springs with hard aluminum shoes. And keep the clutch maintained. With this combination I have found that the low end is jus as impressive as my plus4c.

Sounds great Monty. Would like to get a turbo head button for the one that is still new and maybe send the other in for an inspection and perhaps a tune of sorts.

Love the powerband on this little mill for my buggy and driving style. I will await your response.

Thanks again Monty.

necssary ? not really , depends on fuel used in engine and how long until you are gonna run the engine again

good practice? yes , i would recommend rbmods after run oil , it aint cheap but it is AWESOME!!! synthetic blend thats safe for silicone filled cranks also
