Does everyone else agree with this? If so I am going to order those 20c rated batteries.
I agree, I also have 40/90 hard to tell a difference from 40/50 or 25.

The turnigys are rated at 5C charge rate.

If my memory serves me right.

I have a triton 2 eq and throw between 6.3 - and 8amps to the batteries when charging. Takes about 40-50mins depending how low they are.

I've pumped 1000 watts with no heating issues at the connection so...

Note i didn't mention Radio Shack.... Even name brand speaker wire is cheaper than deans.

You must have a pretty good charger. Mine will only charge 5amps. What charger you using? Is this off topic? In my opinion it's BS for us to have to go to a new forum for a few people that don't know how to use a serch this thread button..... Not saying no names but yeah!

He's using the same thing I am (he actually recommended the combo to me) an iCharger 206B with the Junsi 350W power supply. Both from EPBuddy are less than $200 shipped.

boo lhs.

Went there and all they had was 13ga. Once again impatient and picked it up. Its running fine, but i would prefer 12guage...

the 2050kv still impresses me.

I didnt start the timer when i got out there, but we ran for a while before my pinion came loose. I forgot to put lock tite on it ...

Came back out and started the timer. We basically we did non stop drag races and on road speed run in a rather large parking lot. The losi is running a 2100kv Losi 8th scale setup (esc). Gearing is at 15t pinion, stock spur. The car is running Road Rage buggy tires, and will wheelie on command

The rc8be is a Tekin T8 2050kv geared at 20t / 46t.

Batteries were slightly different. The Rc8be ran a hardcase turnigy 30/40c 4500mAh. The losi 8ight was running turnigy 4s 25/35c 5000mAh. The rc8be pretty much had the losi on every run, though some where close.

Overall im very pleased with the T8 motor, not sure if there is any extra performance over the castle / neu motors, and if so that it is worth the price difference.

Any, pretty stoked, and hopefully i can get to the track soon.

Ha! I just noticed that. I was thinking about buying one, but my chassis is perfectly fine; not to mention that I'm not nearly as good of a driver to be able to tell the difference.

BTW, I just received the Dialed Inc Buggy Bag. Very nice. I like it, although I didn't count on my antenna tube being too long. Gregg, did you coil up your antenna in the receiver box and use a really short antenna?

my Radio has a R603FS receiver. Its not longer than 4 inches. I coiled it around the receiver and closed the radio box.
