Gens Ace. $66 shipped. I have 3 and have been very happy with them.

Unfortunately, they're out of stock.
I've also had good luck with my Zippy LiPos, but those are 5S and 6S. BTW, anyone interested in the 5S? I'll sell it for a reasonable price.

I'd want at least 40C. Yeah, it can be debated, but 40C with a 5000mAh battery gives you 200A capacity. With 20C, it's only 100A. Whether or not you'll notice is the part that's debated.
However, I would expect a 40C battery to be more robust internally to handle the additional current, so that's another reason why I like higher rated batteries.
Nothing wrong with Zippy or Turnigy batteries, but I'd go for a 40C rated battery. Both of my Zippys are 40C. At the time that I ordered them, they did not have them in the US. Not sure if they do now or not, though.

Eh, they look cheap enough. If you find something that fits, is cheap, and you can get it by this weekend, why not give it a try? If you like it, great. If not, then buy the Gens Ace when it becomes available.

Just called the hobby shop to get a second opinion. He pretty much agreed with me, the "c" rating is for the "punch" off the line. When your using a 2250Kv truggy motor in a buggy your really not too concerned about the "punch" because your going to smoke the tires no matter what "c" rating you use. Does everyone else agree with this? If so I am going to order those 20c rated batteries.

I personally cheap out on the C ratings.
I just order another 2 of those hardcase 5000mAh 20C batteries (4s) from hobbyking. $70 shipped EMS for 2 is hard to beat.
I dont race, i just run at the local track on practice days (with all the guys that race) and i find that having more batteries is better for me.
Ive also had a lot of discussions about C rating and whether or not they are valid ratings, and manuf inconsistencies that can cause the difference in branding.
I dont have eagle tree so i cant really pull data from the two batteries... Oh man, do i see a reason to look into a data logger?

Ive never done the registered mail. The EMS usually takes 5 -7 days once shipped. Once it gets to the US it actually arrives as an early am USPS delivery.
I have heard some negatives about the registered mail and how it could take a long time. But I believe a lot of that was due to customs issues with the size / capacity of lipos. I think you will be fine...
