What's up with the 1S speedo guys; any major news? Would love to get my hands on one of these in a couple of weeks

This is probably best suited for the onroad thread but I'll reply to it anyways I'd say the major news is we've been testing the first prototypes with great success! They're running awesome and look even cooler . The BEC booster circuit is working great, that's the main difference between the Vtrax1 and the Vtrax10. The Vtrax1 will be out a little after the Vtrax10 and 10R because it's one step behind in development (after all we just received the first prototypes like last week). We'll keep you posted of course!

Just wanted to say thanks for the great motors. they were geat all weekend during the midwest race. Nice and smooth nice torque ran cool all weekend. Can't wait for the speedo come out.

Anyone who has ran the 8th scale motor know if it will work with a sensorless ESC (MMM)

Yes it will work. I use viper 1/8 motor on a xerun 150amp sensored n sensorless. It's smooth.

okay, impressed so far - what about the warranty and a possible trade-in program for motors that ran out of the initial warranty period? can we Europeans also count on your warranty, even if we brought it from a US webshop?

but i am sure the Warranty Counts for Every system sold!

about trade ins.. i am sure we would work something out for out of warranty product.
like a trade in and half off a new motor or something..
just so long as the motor was not truly miss treated and was a race incident that caused its failure
